She is literally casting a spell on a man because she’s ~in love~ and doesn’t want to take no for an answer. Then gets upset when it wears off and is broken because he’s upset that she took him across the ocean, away from his business, and had him marry her when he was apparently against it (not that he didn’t want to, just that apparently he’s more hardened than Queenie).

AND HE HAS RIGHT TO BE. I’m sorry, but as much as I love Jacob and Queenie– Queenie less so these days– there is something wrong in the fact that Jacob had just had his fiancee break up his engagement hours before meeting Queenie. And Queenie was /purposefully/ made to resemble her. Therefore Queenie knew what Jacob’s fiancee looked like from reading his mind.

She knew that he was heartbroken and Jacob was craving any kind of affection. I’m not saying she was intentionally manipulating him or anything– But a love born out of loss of someone, someone you look /remarkably like/, is probably messed up to begin with. Queenie apparently not giving a damn what he thinks and forcing him to do something is another.
