Feburary 1927, Multiple newsprints (mostly tabloids) release information on the upcoming author and one of Britains most eligible bachelors being enaged. Publicity for book.

March 19 1927, Newt’s book launch happens according to an old released photo.

May 30, 1927 Grindelwald Extraction

NOW THIS IS WHERE IT GETS ODD. The British and French newspapers don’t have actual dates. British says, “Moon in Pisces” and French says “Moon in Lion”. Gridelwald is extracted at 6 months and the film starts the movie starts 3 months later. Meaning it should be August

I’m looking at this Moon Phase Calendar for 1927:

The British newspaper could be earlier but if it’s correct Aurors were officially deployed Europe-wide August 14-15. Which makes sense as it seems they’ve taken in American Aurors (Tina) among others. And this would have been a month and a half later. The British headers are “Ministry of Magic Deploys Aurors Europe Wild”, “Grindelwald is Recruiting”.

With that the movie takes place starting between August 25th and 26th 1927. The French newspaper is most up-to-date with its main header being “Catastrophe at the Circus”. This was (seemingly) at least a day prior to the movie.

Best guess is the movie happens between August 25-29 or August 26-30. We know that Tina goes to the circus at night (the same time Newt has some funtime at home), Newt seemingly finds her the next day or the day after, a full day passes and then another. So the movie spans roughly 4-5 days.
